Halberd Corp. has not only opened the UAV market to domestic applications, independent of Government funding resources, but, at the same time, has created regulatory influence on the use of UAVs beyond FAA controlled air space. Its insurance coverage opens up opportunities for applications in the civilian sector beyond military and law enforcement applications. "Our birds are more than just an eye in the sky.
