Good, Morning,
Many of you know that I was jailed until 2016 I believe it is, elsewhere. I will use this venue to communicate with you this message:
As of Friday, 20 June 2014 @ 10:02 PM EST I am no longer affiliated with PVEC in any capacity. I made every effort to provide shareholders with the promised information. However, actions by the CEO prevented me from completing the task. It was at that time that I decided enough is enough, removing myself altogether, with the exception of attempting to tie up some loose ends to the best of my ability.
I cannot answer questions regarding the websites since I am not the owner of the websites. Any questions you may have regarding this you will have to submit to Jason Baker. I will be asking him to consider using this forum as a venue to answer your questions about the sites and their present state.
Too, I cannot answer questions concerning the business other than what I have already addressed publicly. Since I do not represent the company anymore, the legal ramifications of me doing such would be far reaching. I can say however that the information I posted as provided by the SEC counsel is 100% true, to the best of my knowledge and that includes the new process being utilized to see the remaining Series C certificates distributed. If I had communicated with you regarding your certificates, I provided all details to the company for distribution. How and when the company queued you, I do not know. But, since SEC counsel is in charge of this distribution, my guess is you will be receiving your certificates at some point before September.
An awful lot of what you have read elsewhere by disgruntled ex employees is not true. However, there is some truth to things said. I have learned this in various ways since I resigned as DIO with the bulk being learned in the past several days. I don't subscribe to the philosophy that it is acceptable to go online and bash someone because you have an ax to grind. There are more, lets say honorable ways of doing this. Especially where other peoples money is involved. It's not always about you. When you tend to make it such, you invariably fall flat on your face.
The business is still going. Again, what I provided shareholders last publicly is from the SEC attorney himself. But, the CEO is going to have to secure an alternate route for publicizing his business as the one he has been on has been greatly modified.
And Mr. Turner, the A/S increases have had absolutely nothing to do with me. Nor with Jason. There are plenty of people who know, based on fact, that this is not the case. On the contrary actually. And in time even you will have the facts of this right before your eyes.
