The address of the principal business office of each of the Reporting Persons is: 5 Hanover Square, New York, New York 10004.

Magna is a New York limited liability company.

My takeaway, TB is this, as I understand it: Russ needs money, and sold 100,000,000 shares to Mr Joshua Sason, of Magna Group, LLC, for $100,000.00. That is, if they were indeed sold for $.001 par value. Apparently, Mr Sason can now sell these stocks at any time he wants(no restriction), but feels the co. (PMBS), will be worth more in the future, so this price to Mr. Sason is therefore a good buy. Par value being the standard at which to price shares/share trades such as this.
Now, Why in Hades did our pps plummet today? You got me! Why in Hades would anyone upon hearing this(which is what anyone knows Russ has to do to gain this 2nd launch money), sell some 22 million shares? I view this as extremely positive. 'He ain't gonna get da money any other way' ---unless people think he should go and bum loose change and cigarette butts out on the street. I have about 11 million shares so there's red all over the place on my accounts, esp. because of this ~20% drop. So I'm hurting too. I have no other words other than to say, I wish I had more money...to buy more PMBS. We can now buy it Below this par value. GLTY & GLTA!
