This is not meant to be an insult to intelligent people.It is meant to remind folks that CTIX , like most Biotechs,respond to news.Period.
The protocols shown is a laundry list of PR points of interest that will, each in it's own time,over a short time frame,result in MANY news releases generating not only SP spikes but volumes of new investors further creating a "snowball" effect.
If anyone invests in Biotechs and ignores news cycles and news pipelines,they need to take up Macrame or Knitting ,drink their warm milk ,take their meds and go to bed early.
