They are not really normal dips. They are mostly timed short attacks. If you notice they pick certain times of the trading day, and some days they go all out, especially after a rise!
The Worst thing anyone who cannot afford to add can do is Badmouth NTEK. This helps shorts, scares away possible investors and will result in what happened today.
I honestly think it ended at .063 because people were flipping out and going crazy.
This is a point that everyone needs to recognize: it is causing a lot of trouble:
Your NTEK share is worth whatever the price is and it is trading at! It does not matter what you paid for it! So you want your shares to be as valuable as possible. Especially if you cannot buy anymore.
