Our social media app code name “Blink” is in its final stages of testing, and we expect to launch it soon. The real name for the app is very cool and we are excited about its potential.
The Yo app recently got 1M in funding and had 50k users at the time with 0 revenue.
Our Relax app has had over 2M installs and we estimate over 300k active montly users, many more semi-active and it has made over 300k in revenue.
We intend to cross-promote Blink with our Relax users in order to jump-start our social media user base. We also plan to incorporate social media functionality into Relax.
Facebook bought Instagram for 1 Billion, which at the time had about 30 million users.
Facebook offered 3 billion for Snapchat who at the time had an estimated 5 million users.
Facebook bought WhatsApp for 19 Billion dollars and at the time had an estimated 500 million active users.
In February, Japanese e-commerce company Rakuten Inc bought Viber, a mobile app enabling free calls and messages, for $900 million.
Yahoo bought a self-destructing message app called Blink. Terms were not disclosed but estimates were in the millions.
Marc Cuban funded an app called Cyberdust for likely millions, based on our research it has 1/10th the users Relax does so far, maybe much less. We are big fans of Cuban but we think the name and lack of marketing are holding cyberdust back, as well as some design flaws. He should have consulted with i-Mobilize.
We are incorporating functionality into Blink that no one is currently offering that we believe will give us an edge over competition.
There is another new exciting app we are working on that helps people automatically maintain and enhance their business and social connections…code name “KeepInTouch” .
Some of its functionality we plan on using in future versions of Blink, and the apps will likely cross-promote each other.
Our research has shown there is a huge hole in the marketplace for this type of app that currently no one is filling.

Still waiting on response from SEC about our potential funding deal.
