From what I have read, and nothing recent as I have not been looking for that, but, the last I heard is that two dynamics were occurring with respect to that. First, there were some delays in delivery as a result of product, and Secondly, once the H/C caused some shutdowns based on recalls, the above situation got worse.
I think this was sometime last month or maybe even in April sometime.
It is a good question though and worth looking into. GLTA
