About the zoning issues tomorrow: I really f

I really feel that the counsel people are all well intended to protect the community in the decisions they make and how much impact this company will have relative to that.
There are no illusions in my mind that it will cost us more to do the things required to make the zoning changes needed and the counsel would not want to have to pay for all of that. We will have to agree to work with them to get it done and I have no doubt that is exactly what will happen.
I feel that it is a massive source of revenue for Lakeshore and they are not immune to that fact, and they want it to happen. But, they have to answer to the local farmers and residents concerns and insure everyone will benefit as much as possible from this situation.
It is because of the above I feel that even though we may have further delays concerning exactly what Lakeshore may need to go forward, we will accommodate with whatever is needed. We just need to find out what that is. Same thing with H/C.
So, have some patience folks and don't let the pps get to you as good things are on the way. The BOD and Bill are doing all they are allowed to do until these folks make up their minds on what they need . It is not us holding up the timelines, it's them. GLTA
