Absolutely superbob, third party info seems to most of the time work as proof. 

I've actually seen the incorporation on I believe the Nevada Sec. of the State website ... and actually called the S. Carolina Chamber of Commerce a few months back inquiring about the Spartanburg KMA office.  A woman there had emailed me the release which I posted at that time.  I believe the office was closed when Mr. Reid was ill which is too bad.
