Twitter was a distraction. Because DUTV pr'd that it was the official avenue for updating investors folks would post those tweets on this and other boards.
Because it was supposedly offical many came to various conclusions about the stae of DUTV's technology, partnerships and pps impacting revenues. THIS WAS A BIG DISTRACTION, whether you ant to believe it or not.
It was compounded by the FACT that DUTV was not releasing any news via any other public means. And most impportant, after announcing via a pr that Twitter was their offical Investor update avenue, DUTV has still never publically recanted nor publically stated that the account was hacked. They haven't said when it was hacked and how much of what was tweeted should have been taken seriously and how much should have been disregarded.
This leaves a big grey area to this day that could easily be addressed and cleared up by Garry McHenry. I think he doesn't clear it up because trying to do so would show that he did allow false information to be put out and he would then have to explain why he allowed that. IMHO.
Until Garry/DUTV speaks pubically about this it will be a shady part of DUTV history that diminishes DUTV's credibility.
