The error of this thinking is in the fact that DUTV did publish a PR clearly stating that their twitter account would be used to keep investors up to date. Since what was posted on Twitter since the time it was confirmed by DUTV to belong to twitter was false, DUTV is responsible to address it. McHenry has not publically address it so that is a BIG strike against him and YES it is a distraction, to say the least.

There certainly has been phases of distraction regarding false information that DUTV allowed to be put out without publically addressing it when it ws proven over time to be false. Have you considered that in order for a pump and ump to be effective it has to have volume buying (even on the bid side). Maybe there is just not enough volume to put try that, but that doesn't rule out the possibility that that may have been the hope. Just something to consider.

We don't know for sure exactly what we are seeing just yet. Yes DUTV has claimed revenues on unaudited financials but this would not be the first time a pink stock company posted revenues that didn't exist. Yes that would be an extremely risky thing for McHenry and the accounting firm to do, but it is possible and others have tried it in the past.

I do agree that we will eventually know. I hope it turns out well for all shareholders, myself being one, but I am ready for whatever comes to light.
