If you have ever had to do anything with legal cases, you know the 1st thing the lawyers tell you is to keep your mouth shut. We don't know that status of SEC inquiry, or the filing of the 211. Additional information being presented could extend or complicate the proceeding. Dragging this out even longer. I think we can all agree the sooner it is resolved the better for all shareholders.
With the SEC issues, I would guess this is very much rush rush and wait until the SEC decided to make a discussion. I had a minor issue with a tax return a couple years back and month after month I would receive the same letter. We are currently processing your case and you should be receiving a letter in 30 days. Guess what in 30 days I did get a letter, it was that in 30 days I would get another letter, because they were still working on it. 6 months after I submitted my paperwork, I got an all clear there was nothing wrong. Now imagine If he releases that we are waiting on the SEC response month after month the bashers are going to have a hay day with it and people would worry there is something wrong when in reality they are just slow to respond.
Also, I respectfully completely disagree with your assertion that bashers are a poor excuse not to issue an update. I think yesterday's pictures of a locked door show unfortunately how gullible people are and are willing to believe the worst. IMO Bashers / Minipoo are why were are here IMO... To say they don't have an ability to twist facts presented by Jeff and affect the PPS at this stage in the game is a little disingenuous.
Also lets keep things in perpective, you are only taking losses if you sell, until that point it is all fluid. This is a IRA / multi year investment (NOT A TRADE) for me. I think we all need to take a hard look at the DD, and decided, but I haven't found anything that changes the story for me, and I would guess the majority of the people here would say the same thing. If we don't have confidence that Jeff and his team can manage this company, we shouldn't have invest in the 1st place.
At this point I am only looking for one of two things from Jeff. 1. SEC / 211 is resolved and /or 2. The next Quarterly report. Anything else, I think it is too easy for bashers to affect the PPS in the grey...
