Graphite Corp. , an exploration stage company, intends to engage in the exploration of certain mineral interests in the state of Arizona. With the assistance of Awesome Penny Stocks favorite Legal Counsel, Carrillo Huettel LLP , the Company, on June 14, 2012, filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of Nevada to change the Company’s name from First Resources Corp. to Graphite Corp.
