Nobody was aware all the processors went out of commission six months ago until the very late 10-K came out three weeks ago. That's the point. Golfgod stated he communicated regularly with JBI...yet for six months the topic of the plant being dead never came up. The question is how JBI kept avoiding that topic and pretending everything was fine through all of the regular conversations.
Golfgod disclosed he owns a significant part of the company at over one million shares. Yet they chose to lie to him to his face by omission...no surprise because JBI lied to all shareholders by omission. Mr. Heddle, who promised mid-quarter updates to supplement the quarterly updates, decided to hide that material information from all shareholders for six months.
