Getting rid of a guy who is a major stockholder isn't as easy as you think Slow. Good wisdom from lawyers, past experience and learning how to skin the cat will produce a good outcome. It sounds to me that those with Aquinas, and Chris's BOD team of professionals will line up the timing.
In the end, even for Reid selling him on his shares increasing in value by stepping down is all he should care about. Hurting his ego can be massaged. Building Reid's bank account should trump all.
My time line for that change is six weeks. Once that is completed, moving the corporate headquarters to Texas makes horse sense.
