I wouldn't doubt it. Increasing the authorized shares, changing the name and cusip...I think Mr. Bordynuik and Mr. Heddle are putting an evening gown and some lipstick on this pig and want to try to send it to the dance floor again.
I would guess they want to get the two upcoming bad 10-Q's out of the way first and then early September would likely be a great time to put out some 'good news' knowing results wouldn't be expected until the 10-K due March 2015.
Save your pennies, die-hard JBI supporters. You'll need the money to do a group dive into the water where the sharks running the show will take another sloppy bite out of your hides.
