I understand where you are coming from but allow me to point out a couple of concerns that I view as discrepancies - one being confirmed in writing the other being implied.

This link clearly shows that DUTV reported the TORQ merger was complete - clearly the filings point otherwise.

This link paints the picture of a "conservative" $17m forecast. The company underachieved this forecast by a wide margin - but this isn't what upsets me - they didn't even afford investors the courtesy of an update - just left us hanging wondering what happened.

This press release would lead you to believe their run rate was about $450k per week - that sure didn't turn out to be the case last quarter - and yet no update to shareholders.

I am a long shareholder here - but I understand why there is little demand for stock here - and yet we sit here and talk about the new twitter account. That's like talking about the colors on a soccer ball 90% of the time during the World Cup. My opinions as always .
