NYBD Holdings will adopt its new name Pleasant Kids, Inc. (AQUA) to coincide with the launch of our "WHERE HEALTHY BEGINS" campaign and the launch of our Organic Apple Juice Beverage. As a part of the change Pleasant Kids, Inc. has retained the law office of Conrad Lysiak to file for a symbol change. The company will now be trading under (AQUA) through FINRA, and expecting the name and symbol change to take affect within the next 10 business days.
