KMAG Updates Shareholders on False Statements |
KMA Global Solutions International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS:KMAG) has received numerous questions involving false statements from Mina Mar Marketing Group. In late 2009 Mina Mar met with Jeffrey Reid and discussed potential business transactions . No transaction was ever consummated and Mina Mar Marketing Group received a letter to confirm the cancellation of any further discussions. In October of 2010 a statement was released to the shareholders of KMAG updating the company's status and included the following disclosure. I am aware of messages on investorshub.com to the effect that Mina Mar Marketing Group has some sort of agreement with the Company to find an acquisition for the Company, and that Mina Mar has been listed as the Company's " investor relations firm" under the "Company Info" tab on OTCMarkets.com. The facts are that there are no effective or pending agreements or understandings between the Company and Mina Mar that either will do anything, and Mina Mar is not the Company's investor relations firm - or anything else. CEO Jeffrey Reid states "KMAG has positive strong business opportunities that we are concentrating all of our efforts to deliver." About KMA Global Solutions International, Inc. At KMA, our Business Mission is to constantly reinforce our industry leadership as a preferred competitive supplier in the timely delivery of superior, cost effective, source tagging products - all the time, every time.
