You still haven't shown where KMAG sold shares into bogus PR's.  You just keep obfuscating and skirting the question.  Why?  If you can't answer the question, you change the subject.

Time will reveal the truth.   You could be absolutely right but the SEC is not infallible IMO. The Blog from Mike the Pike seems to show a second CEO who was also blindsided as Jeff Reid claims.  MIKP has found a MM and is filling a 211.  My faith in the U.S. Government always being accurate isn't at the level you believe them to be.  Good luck with that.
