Make no Mistake I am an NTEK long and Big Supporter
I have been for a long time! But I just hope everyone realizes the value of getting to the market first! So this delay could be delaying our up-list by a huge amount of time!
EVERYONE PLEASE NOTE IT is Percentage of the company and value you want, not amount of shares!
If Ntek makes a deal (and we know that they do like to use their shares instead of incurring debt)
They are going to have to pay the other company with "cheapies" Meaning that the cheapness of the shares, while you may be adding more, means that deals will take more "Remember the 40 mllion in Escrow"
IF THEY DO THE SAME DEAL TODAY AND SHARES ARE AT .06 instead of .12 (the company would need 80 million for the same amount)
So lets get this company trading at a reasonable price, so we can reduce shares and up-list sooner. In a penny stock you always want less shares with more value
Everyone: please give me 1 million shares at .24 instead of 4 million at .06
we will get bigger dividends on less shares, volatility will not be as bad, and the company will gain more respect. Plus buybacks will be big, because they will reduce the shares, and end this Pinksheet stuff.
