funny how difficult it is for some to await outcomes
i have never expected seamless from a newly minted pubco
(done via a R/M into a shell littered with debris from *priors*)
what i do look for is mgmt's ability to execute and an ability to
not make the same mistake .. twice
my expectation is we see Q filed (there are legit bids in place)
that the crew will have to *lose* some to get around
and name/ticker/cusip
rumor has it NYSDEC permits are also to be determined this week
