Currently, UMeWorld operates UMeLook.com, an online video platform focused on bringing foreign video content to China and UMFun.com, an online K-12 adaptive learning education platform which provides learning & educational assessment services for K-12 students. Our mission is to facilitate interaction between people -"You" and "Me," through our UMeLook and UMFun online platforms – and drive synergies between the two operating segments.

You just announced an SI partnership with China Mobile Limited's educational platform. Can you explain how that will unfold and what is the significance* to your company?

This is a major milestone and game-changing event for us. An SI (Service Integrator) partnership such as this, is at the highest level of collaboration for value added services. As such, it is a very strong endorsement for our company. It is a testament to our competence and a recognition of the quality of our products. China Mobile is the world's largest mobile services provider by subscriber base, serving over 760 million customers. This SI partnership accelerates our market penetration and will provide a substantial revenue stream for our company in 2015 and beyond. We are now working diligently with China Mobile to bring UMFun to its' millions of customers.

With your online video content platform and educational divisions, which areas do you see the most significance in long term growth and why?

I believe both divisions are well positioned for long term growth and our objective is to drive synergies between the two operating segments.
UMeLook is a niche market player that does not compete with local video platforms such as Youku & Ku6; most local video platforms are focused on local content. There is no competition from YouTube, Dailymotion or Vimeo, as all are blocked in China. China has 570 million online video viewers and expected to grow to 716 million by 2016.
The K-12 education system in China is the largest in the world. According to Statistics China released by the China Press and Publications Administration, it is indicated that 154,526 types of publications went to press nationally in 2011, including 63.1 million books. Total sales were 966.82 billion RMB (US$154 billion) -52.9% and 37.39% being primary and secondary school materials respectively. The potential market for related digital services such as UMFun is so huge that the Chinese K-12 online education market is called the last piece of meat on the table in the worldwide digital media space.

In closing, do you think there are similar opportunities like the recent one with China Mobile or are you working with them exclusively?

*The China Mobile deal is just the beginning. We do expect and are well positioned to do a similar deal with China Telecom and China Union Telecom; each of these companies serving 300 million customers respectively. Our products are user friendly and can only enhance the service providers.
