The Jan 4, 2013 date is prior to the MSJ acquisition letter of Feb 11, 2013. It appears that MSJ had to transfer the titles from SRGE in order to finalize the deal with Minera Agave S.A. de C.V.

All of this news we are finding coupled with Minera Agave S.A. de C.V. being a subsidiary of NYSE company Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd. along with my June 22 post as follows, tells me things are in the works to get the SRGE shareholders the payout in some form.

I find it extremely interesting with all the other events going on these past few days that they updated last week the http://www.cincominas.com/ and http://www.minerasanjorge.com/ sites showing a new expiration date of 6-19-2015 for each one.
