We are all front-loaded longs that is why we are here. We are all frustrated and desperate to have anyone to join forces with us to bring the pps up. Compare to MM who can short ICPA to zero, our buying capital is to feeble to fight MM's unlimited power to short, as evidenced in last 6 months pps action charts. Anyone who buy ICPA shares are our friends and be grateful to them. SCAR TIA.
