this 36839 DWT bulker is now anchored at N moorage despite not appearing on vesseltracker yet
last port supposedly LA which it left May 6- taking a vacation?
the Handymax Qin Hai which arrived June 9 in 2012 had transported Bao finished products to LA before picking up iron for the return trip to China to save on ship costs
