I would imagine that their services are limited to acting as a stock transfer agent. I would not expect them to answer any questions about the business. I wouldn't call Computershare to ask questions about the Coca Cola company or about shares of said company that I hold individually in certificate form or in my investment account.

Apparently we are not the only company served by Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer Company.
