The SIRG longs demand honesty and truth in the posts made here so when a statement is made it is expected to be backed up with proof!
You posted " the CEO reported a year ago that the permits would simply transfer".
Having followed SIRG and researched it since Jan of 2011 I know that statement to be false and a lie.
If you can prove that the CEO made such a statement then do so.
