WOW! nice post that is ridiculously low! I wonder why?
This seems to be a collaborative effort between NTEK, SEIKI, GOOGLE..
Think about it, If they sell as many TV's as possible at the lowest price,
That means the NP-1,s that are sold... the more households are interested and capable of streaming and watching 4k!
This would mean that Google's 4K market and ULTRAFIX market becomes HUGE!!!
The more 4k TV's that are out there, the more 4k Content can be produced, distributed and streamed! So they make money one time selling a single TV!
But the 4k Content Remember the saying "Content is King" future of television!
This is a great strategy (Remember PlayStation did this, they actually lost money on the Playstation, but made up the money on all of the games and accessories)
Step 1. Get as many 4k TV's into as many places as Possible!!!
The fact is I do not think people are really going to buy a Seiki without a package deal (The packages are very cheap: TV, NP-1, Accessories)
