Budd: Of course, the presumption is that the road map outlined in the PR is not vaporous as were many of their forward statements. LOIs are, in actuality, a dime a dozen. The signing of a definitive agreement to merge SKTO & AEGY was announced on April 4, 2014. But they never filed the required S form with the SEC, only a pro forma registration in CO. I think BL has echoed a sentiment about management shared by a lot of people at this point.
