I was never aware of any special controlling preferreds. It was always about a common share structure with Novamex initially and then again as the parent of SRGE. The last financial said the officers/board were going to buy some Novamex shares. Of course, we saw lots of buying by someone when we went to the Grays. SRGE has all the shares owned by key investors in Mexico. And, I've always suggested MSJ = Novamex = SRGE shares.
