Lots of perspective here, I think UW&E made an excellent investment and theyll start generating good revenue very soon
• Opportunity – Waste Control and Disposal
• Acquire assets and certain liabilities of C&D Disposal Technologies
• Acquire / transfer permit into newco.
• Acquire approximately 52 acres of Land
• Acquire operating equipment valued at $2.5M and accompanying equipment debt ($1.1M)
• Assume CCPC (capping / closure / post-closure) reserves for existing C&D landfill and closed
MSW cell
• Acquire assets and certain liabilities of Crossridge, Inc
• Acquire 960 acres of land
• Assumption of certain liens against property
• Rail spur
• Lines / property taxes
• Convert C&D permit into MSW permit
• The permit process is fully supported by the Ohio EPA
• Increase rail capacity from 40 cars to 80 cars
• Majority of environmental and legal diligence is complete – CEC Engineers / Frost, Brown, Todd
• Opportunity – Recycling and Energy Production
• Develop recycling operation at rail off-loading area
• Recycling and process C&D materials for metals, plastics and cardboard
• Install wind turbines in strategic locations to fully support energy needs of waste and recycling operations
• The existing facility sits on 1,000 + acres ideally situation at a higher elevation
• Harnessed energy would be used to power landfill and supporting operations
• Develop and install plasma-pyrolysis waste to energy technologies to feed energy into local power grid
• 50 tons per day to generate 1 mWt per hour
• With MSW permit, plasma-pyrolysis operation could process 1,000 plus tons per day or 20 mWt
per hour
