I am confused, what buyout part are you referring

I am confused, what buyout part are you referring to? Buyback?
I read my post, i do not know which part you mean about a full buyout!
I mean Buybacks, have been confirmed and are scheduled to take place, i believe is there is 3 million scheduled for buybacks over time! And there are Buybacks and dividends scheduled for the End of the Month!
I do not think NTEK is interested in selling the Company; that makes the price much higher. If they do get bought out, trust me everyone will be Happy, but no I do not believe they have any reason to sell now.
Their Business is worth So much more then the Market Cap, I could not even imagine what they would ask for!
Have they been offered a BUYOUT, without having any inside information, I would almost guarantee it! i mean the company had a Market cap of 25 million a week ago (true it was manipulated), but they could sell if they wanted! I would imaging Google would buy them out if they wanted for at least 100 million
This is my opinion, but I would imagine that Google asked about partnering with NTEK, what it would take to buyout NTEK, or certain divsions!
Google would not really be doing their Due Diligence if they did not at least inquire! Sorry for the confusion though!
