Maybe we should start using PPS and VPS (value per share here)
For example you paid a PPS of high .03's or low .04's or .05's, But that was not the value of the share then even. The reason some people did not get them is quite simple, they did not have free funds available to buy them. And congratulation's to everyone who bought!
NTEK has many times in the past sold shares because of Manipulation and shorts (not the company) but traders and MM's.
Another example after the Google announcement what is the value of the shares??? I do not think it is anywhere near .077!!
BUYBACKS, have either already been done, started, or will be coming. Probably a combination of all 3!
It is important think like the Company and other's. If i had had the money available I would have purchased Millions of shares at .03s or .04s.
So I think the company bought back shares, and do not forget there is a 40 million amount in ESCROW related to Google!
So I believe if you average the time when it was manipulated so low. NTE could have bought back 10% of their company for less then 3 million ( it also reduces dividends that would have been paid on those shares!!
