Can you put an L2 on this board? It would be appr

I have seen them before they are bids, but they are not allowed to be filled, in fact if they are, they will actually be cancelled and money returned later in the day!
My honest guess is People have in Bids that are ALL or Nothing (AON) orders
Some L2's may show these but I am not sure which, most if not all do not.
So If someone has an order in for 10,000,000 shares at .10 (AON) that means that you would have to sell him the full 10,000,000 shares to fill it!
It is exactly as it sounds All the bid or nothing. It is useful for sall investors especially because of fees, you would be charged 10 fees if you buy 10,000 shares and it is filled 10 times for a 1,000 each.
As for large investors, they usually put in HUGE BIDS BELOW THE BID PRICE AND HOPE IT GETS FILLED at a price below the Bid!
Or at times like this someone may be willing to invest in NTEK but only if they can get 10,000,000 shares at .08 or whatever.
Just imagine Mark Cuban, he does not want 1000 shares haha, for it to be worth his while he would buy a lot.
and with these MM's and their manipulation, I have seen some people screwed on market order's.
You are safe now. I would take a Market order t whatever they fill it!
