KANSAS CITY, Mo., June 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- APT Group, Inc., a propulsion technology company that manufactures and distributes advanced, environmentally friendly transportation, recreation and utility powersport products (www.powerapt.com and www.motovox.com), today announced that the Delaware Secretary of State has approved a name change from Frozen Food Gift Group, Inc. to APT MotoVox Group, Inc.
"The last step is to receive FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) approval for the issuance of a new ticker symbol for the Company. We hope to be trading under the new symbol by the end of the month. We will announce that as soon as we receive the word. We are quite pleased with this progress," said Troy A. Covey, President.
