On July 30, 2013, Evotech Capital SA obtained stock totaling 180,000,000 shares of TANKE INCORPORATED operating, as a result Evotech Capital SA beneficially owns 187,200,000 shares of TANKE INCORPORATED or 66.29%.

Item 2. Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities and Use of ProceedsEffective April 5, 2013, the Company entered into a Series A Convertible Callable Preferred Stock Purchase Agreement (“the Agreement”)
pursuant to the Master License Agreement entered into with Tanke, Inc. (“TNKE”) on February 6, 2013, whereby the Company granted TNKE a
master license for the People’s Republic of China and TNKE agreed to make an investment into the Company. This agreement was previously
filed with the SEC on Form 8K on April 8, 2013 and incorporated herein by reference.
The Agreement is for the purchase of Six Hundred Fifty (650) shares of the Company’s Series A Convertible Callable Preferred Stock at a price
of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) per share.
Effective June 18, 2013, the Company entered into a Series A Convertible Callable Preferred Stock Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”)
pursuant to the Master License Agreement entered into with TNKE on February 6, 2013, whereby the Company granted TNKE a master license
for the People’s Republic of China and TNKE agreed to make an investment into the Company.
The Agreement is for the purchase of Eight Hundred (800) shares of the Company’s Series A Convertible Callable Preferred Stock at a price of
One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) per share.
By owning the majority of Tanke they hold 1450 Preferred A Shares of E-Waste Systems Inc EWSI. More importantly Martin Nielson appears to have his right hand man Benjamin(Basilio)Chen working by his side..
