Canadian Michael Gelmon's Novation Holdings, Inc sold 51% stake in AEGY to IEquity in May 2013. Gelmon's Novation Consulting, Inc (Gelmon Dir/Pres; AEGY Principal Accounting Officer John F. Burke, Treasurer; Robert J. Hipple General Counsel) has had a contract with AEGY from Dec 2012 for services. The Alberta ruling has left Gelmon with lots of AEGY stock he can't sell in the US. Now, this PR.
