HOLBROOK, N.Y., June 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Northstar Global Business Services, Inc., Symbol (OTCPink:MDIN) today announced that the company's CEO, Justin Sindelman, will be appearing on the popular internet radio show, Pot Stock radio, at http://tinyurl.com/pjcc4aw on Monday, June 23rd at 8pm EST. Also appearing on the show will be Megan Schwarting of Kush Creams, to discuss the recent deal with Northstar and the evolution of both industries that the companies represent. The show's host, Eric Butz, will interview Mr. Sindelman and Ms. Schwarting for approximately one hour. During the interview, both companies intend to share exciting information about their plans moving forward.
Northstar and Kush Creams recently announced a deal, which now looks more like a straight licensing deal than a manufacturing and distribution deal; designed to help insulate Northstar from the unknowns associated with the massive amount of laws and regulations surrounding the medical and recreational marijuana industry. The arrangement has Kush Creams, one of the top legal marijuana producers in the country, producing and distributing Snorenz Medicated, and Snorenz Night Time Medicated, throughout Washington State. The Medicated versions of the popular seller, Snorenz is infused with THC, the active ingredient in Marijuana. Since a non-Washington resident company cannot manufacture or transport THC containing products, Northstar is lending the brand to Kush creams in exchange for a per sale licensing so that the product can hit dispensary shelves in the near future.
"We are ecstatic that Snorenz will be one of the first main stream brands to step over into the medical and recreational marijuana industry, and we believe that although this may seem like a bold move now, in the near future it will be common place. Northstar will be one of the first though, and this is perfectly in line with the tempo we aspire to set. Breaking new ground and pushing forward is one of the traits that will help Northstar to become a household name," commented Mr. Sindelman.
The new Snorenz Medicated will be the first product to hit shelves, and will be available in the coming weeks. The companies have carefully laid plans to rapidly distribute throughout Washington State, mainly thanks to Kush Creams and the elaborate, fast growing distribution network that they already have in place.
