- First Hipple gets a 5 yr hiatus from the SEC.
- During this, he arrives on the MMJ scene.
- Then his fingerprints cause an auditor to resign.
- "There is no Hipple."
- AR from claimed contracts never collected, written off.
- Mounting recent convertible debt plus an extraordinary settlement in a confidential case.
- PR says JanesCard goes live... oh, just kidding it's not even close to ready.
- SEC announces they are sniffing around MMJ's.
- Hipple shows up on Florida paperwork...
- Conference call takes arrogant and annoyed tone towards share holders transparency needs.
- Public claim of no "fluff" PR's.
- It comes to light that there were 12 collectives at the SKTO virtual address.
- AVNE, SKTO, AEGY... all tied to Hipple & Jan, achieve the suspension triple crown.
They got the trifecta. The iEquity crew is to the SEC as the Clippers guy is to the NBA. Dice Clay and MTV? With one out, an unassisted double-play ended the game. Toast. All sizzle. Coulda been a contender. Glue factory. IMO, the SEC isn't going to allow the scent of Hipple and/or Jan in a new IPO public company and there's even less chance of it happening in an MMJ public company.
I cannot accept that many of my personal close friends, are going to officially lose their shirts tomorrow... having believed in me and my dream. Best of luck tomorrow...
