UNGS announced this morning, shortly after the open, that they received approval from FINRA for their planned name change, and effective first thing tomorrow morning will begin trading under the (previously announced) new name of Sylios Corp..
UNGS also noted that on June 30th the parent company website for Sylios Corp. will lau nch at www.sylios.com, and that on or before July 15th they plan on launching a retail website for their new recreational and medical marijuana subsidiary, The Greater Cannabis Company, at www.greatercannabiscompany.com.

When we brought UNGS to your attention earlier this week, one of the first things we mentioned was that the company was in the process of realigning their operations and changing their name to Sylios Corp., along with their announced plans to acquire a high-end automated retail kiosk company, which plans to focus on the medical cannabis dispensing industry, Signifi (www.signifi.com).
One of those things has now happened for UNGS, and with the launch of their new corporate identity planned in ten days or less (www.sylios.com), we can't imagine the next key piece to the puzzle is far away either!
Remember, most of the marijuana dispensing industry, and companies operating and trading within the marijuana sector in general on the OTC Market have much higher market values in comparison to UNGS, which we believe further supports the potential for upside in the stock.
