It's identical to the media credit fraud. It was only after someone posted ( "leaked" ) the executive summary of the report on IHang that JBI whipped together that press release saying it shouldn't be relied upon.
Apparently the summary was meant to give the PIPE investors the warm fuzzies and not for the eyes of the other shareholders who also own a stake in the company. From the standpoint of liability, the fewer people who see an unreliable report based on bad assumptions, the better. The body of the report and the actual assumptions used are still being withheld. Nobody but Mr. Bordynuik knows what bad assumptions were used.
