VANCOUVER , June 19, 2014 /CNW/ - Endeavour Mining Corporation ("Endeavour" or the "Corporation") (TSX:EDV) (ASX:EVR) (OTCQX:EDVMF) announces that all of the nominees listed in the management information circular for the 2014 Annual Meeting of Shareholders were elected as directors of Endeavour and Deloitte LLP was appointed as auditors of the Corporation.
Shareholders holding 193,608,808 or 46.86% of the outstanding shares of the Corporation were present in person or by proxy at the meeting held earlier today. Details of the vote are set out below.
