You see, for instance, my obligation after we enter Phase III is to be standing ready with a check JUST IN CASE the cargo we are allowed to carry on the proving flights isn't enough to cover the fuel costs.
Certainly, if the cargo revenues are there, Baltia will not ask for $ and those newly authorized shares will sit there.....unsold....until the next proving flight.
LOL........if cargo covers the cost of the fuel on each and every proving flight, then there is a good chance Baltia might never sell those shares.
But......prudence requires the company to have them on hand and to have guys like me ready to buy them just in case. We certainly cannot afford the risk of N706BL sitting on the tarmac waiting for Baltia to raise $ to buy fuel. (And, BTW, also keep in mind that the guys ready to buy those shares are NOT buying them at a discount off the market value, as discussed in earlier posts).
Igor is just being extremely cautious at this time, as we all should be glad that he is being just this way.
We don't want even the slightest chance of blowing this thing, having come this far.
