The concerning issue here is that the contracting license for Dautremont Construction shows to have been suspended on 3/01/2010. This is based off of the details listed on the Arizona Registrar of Contractors website. This site also shows that the company's bonding was cancelled as of 3/31/2010 through RLI Insurance Company.

This suspension of license is also confirmed by the BBB:
"On 3/5/2014 BBB confirmed that Arizona Registrar of Contractors suspended the license of Dautremont Construction, Inc.."

The reason for possible concern here is that the dates of suspension for Brad's company, Dautremont Construction, were March 2010. However, the date of the recent civil filing that lists Brad Dautremont and Dautremont Construction is dated April 3, 2014. This is approximately four years after the suspension of the contracting license for Dautremont Construction.

That does seem to be quite a large gap of time between the license suspension and the civil filing. Were they still operating after the suspension? I do not know but I am curious to learn more details about this filing.
