I can understand some of the secrecy when you are trying to build value. I'm mean the more value you build and the more net profit makes you very attractive...
Attractive for what? BUYOUT. As soon as DUTV gets on the radars with millions in revenue and a substantial net profit, BAMM the big telecoms will move in with a BUYOUT OFFER. So what would any smart CEO do, build value for the offer!!
This is the only logical reason for such secrecy IMO.
