I guess what I am trying to say is that I have not

Nor should it, ever. Reading posts by anonymous aliases who have no accountability on a stock message board should never influence your "belief" one way or another.
Simply read JBI's recent filings. There is no other "recent" information besides that on which to base a rational decision, because the company has been silent. Their most recent 10K can be found here:

The key bits of "recent" information revealed there are the following:
- JBI is broke, and unable to raise more money from investors.
- JBI's processors have been sitting idle for the last 6 months.
- "Management currently anticipates that the processors will remain idle at least until the third quarter of 2014"
- Their founder was paid $258,305.00, yet they were unable to find the $200K needed to fix their idle processors.
- They are going to increase their total number of authorized shares from 150,000,000 to 250,000,000.
JBII has lost 78% of its value over the past year, on news much better than any of this.

please don't expect me to respond to your criticism or concerns
There ya go. Post an opinion on a public message board whose purpose is to exchange opinions on a stock, on the internet where 2 billion people are connected. But please, just let me have a one-way conversation with myself.
Thankfully, I won't have to look forward to an inane response dismissing the fact that all "recent" information makes this look like a broke penny stock scam whose only purpose is to funnel shareholders' money into its founder's pockets.
