Don't let the bashers change the subject or distract from the fact that there is a technical breakout signal on the charts at this very moment and that multiple fundamental catalysts are weeks if not days from popping. Share structure discussions are what every basher on every penny stock always loves to revert back to especially when they are losing on the price and fundamentals discussion simultaneously. This was discussed ad nauseum about 2 months ago already so it is really to everyones benefit to put the bashers on ignore if you are going to go to iBash at all.
Nothing comes for free and since Treaty is a small company they have to finance all those projects somehow, and guess what, shares are used either outright or as collateral for loans. Only the Chief Financial Officer will know the right balance of capital financing that will work to get the firm the optimal amount of leverage on their capital while maximizing shareholder value. Only he would be in a position to calculate the optimal debt to equity mix, share structure, and have access to the managerial accounting books and forecasting spreadsheets to make the best terminal value projection of the firm.
If anyone thinks that they have better insights into how the company is financed than George Warren, who actually did this work for Tanjung Offshore, have them provide a copy of their resume with work references to prove their professional qualifications and then tell us how they acquired better granularity on Treaty's financing than a member of the management team.
