Old School: Law firm(s) may see fit to file a class action in court on behalf of all those who purchased shares of SK3 Group, Inc (SKTO) within a specified period of time (Class Period), usually months. If so, the law firm(s) will announce via press release(s) that investors who purchased common stock SKTO during the Class Period may move the Court to appoint them as lead plaintiff. A lead plaintiff is a necessary representative party acting on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation.
