You know, I remember back when I had that uber freshman zeal for DUTV. Back before I realized that nothing about DUTV should be trusted until it's independetly confirmed by a third party or 2.

I've heard a lot of reasons, and excuses for the lack of DUTV presence anywhere let alone "Everywhere", and after a while it became clear that the only proof will be in the pudding.
